The RIJKS restaurant, led by Executive Chef Joris Bijdendijk, opened in 2014 at the Rijksmuseum’s Philips Wing. 

Chefs Ivan Beusink and Yascha Oosterberg provide a unique style of food known as “Low Countries cuisine,” which focuses on Dutch ingredients combined with flavors worldwide. 

RIJKS is well known for its delicious food. 

In 2016, it received a Michelin star, and food guides such as Gault and Millau also appreciated it.
